Brownie : Dans le dernier morceau qui clôture notre disque, on entend deux petites filles très drôles en pleine conversation. Est-ce un enregis- trement de nous deux, enfants? Je vivais à Anderlecht et toi à Charle- roi, on ne se connaissait pas, il me semble. Est-ce l’œuvre troublante d’une intelligence artificielle?
Blondy : Non, c’est ma fille qui discutait dans la voiture à l’arrière avec sa meilleure amie, sur le chemin de l’académie et c’était tellement surréaliste qu’à un moment donné, je les ai enregistrées avec mon téléphone à leur insu (chose à ne pas faire, en conduisant, c’est un peu dangereux, j’avoue). Il faut dire que ma fille est particulièrement spirituelle, je dis ça en toute objectivité, bien sûr. Par contre, j’ai demandé les autorisations parentales pour reproduire ce grand moment philosophique sur le disque. J’espère que je ne me retrouverai pas avec un procès sur le dos dans 20 ans, pour traumatisme aggravé sur ces deux charmantes petites gonzesses.

Brownie: In het laatste nummer dat onze plaat afsluit, horen we twee heel grappige kleine meisjes in gesprek. Is dit een opname van ons als kinderen? Ik woonde in Anderlecht en jij in Charle- roi, we kenden elkaar niet, denk ik. Is dit het verontrustende werk van een kunstmatige intelligentie?
Blondy: Nee, het was mijn dochter die achterin de auto met haar beste vriendin praatte, op weg naar de academie, en het was zo surrealistisch dat ik ze op een gegeven moment zonder hun medeweten met mijn telefoon heb opgenomen (iets wat je niet moet doen tijdens het rijden, het is een beetje gevaarlijk, geef ik toe). Het moet gezegd worden dat mijn dochter bijzonder spiritueel is, dat zeg ik natuurlijk in alle objectiviteit. Aan de andere kant vroeg ik toestemming aan mijn ouders om dit grote filosofische moment op de plaat te zetten. Ik hoop niet dat ik over 20 jaar voor de rechter sta, voor het toebrengen van trauma aan deze twee charmante kleine meisjes.

Brownie: In the last track that closes our record, we hear two very funny little girls in conversation. Is this a recording of us as children? I lived in Anderlecht and you in Charle- roi, we didn't know each other, I think. Is this the disturbing work of an artificial intelligence?
Blondy: No, it was my daughter talking in the back seat of the car with her best friend, on the way to the academy, and it was so surreal that at one point I recorded them with my phone without their knowledge (something you shouldn't do while driving, it's a bit dangerous, I admit). It must be said that my daughter is particularly spiritual, I say that in all objectivity, of course. On the other hand, I asked for parental authorizations to reproduce this great philosophical moment on the record. I hope that I won't find myself with a lawsuit on my back in 20 years, for aggravated trauma on these two charming little girls.
