Blondy : Question très pertinente, chère Brownie, c’est la première fois qu’on me la pose... Je pense qu’au fond, nous sommes toutes et tous à la recherche de cet amour idéal, car nous sommes élevés dans cette idée que le jour où nous le trouverons, nous connaîtrons enfin le bonheur et la plénitude. Peut-être pour répondre à un sentiment d’insatisfaction, très humain et contemporain aussi. Mais cette recherche peut s’avérer évidemment frustrante. Quant à Sarah, on a bien une amie qui s’appelle Sarah, d’ailleurs coucou toi! Je cherchais un prénom mélodieux et poétique, et qui sonne bien dans toutes les langues et les cultures, pas comme Catherine.

Blondy: Zeer pertinente vraag, beste Brownie, het is de eerste keer dat het me gevraagd wordt... Ik denk dat we diep van binnen allemaal op zoek zijn naar die ideale liefde, omdat we zijn opgevoed om te geloven dat de dag dat we die vinden, we eindelijk gelukkig en vervuld zullen zijn. Misschien als reactie op een zeer menselijk en hedendaags gevoel van ontevredenheid. Maar deze zoektocht kan natuurlijk frustrerend zijn. Wat Sarah betreft, we hebben trouwens een vriendin die Sarah heet, hallo jij! Ik was op zoek naar een melodieuze en poëtische naam die in alle talen en culturen goed klinkt, niet zoals Catherine.

I think that deep down, we are all looking for that ideal love, because we are brought up to believe that the day we find it, we will finally know happiness and fulfillment. Maybe to answer a feeling of dissatisfaction, very human and contemporary too. But this search can obviously prove frustrating. As for Sarah, we do have a friend named Sarah, by the way, hello you! I was looking for a melodious and poetic name, that sounds good in all languages and cultures, not like Catherine
